The Crew Here
Sandy Hoof Coffee is a local mobile bar founded on wilderness treks and premium roasts. Meet owners Harriet and Kai who drive the dream, Darcy our resident spark, and Guinness the spaniel. We are the dedicated group crafting every single beverage we hand over to you.

Guinness
Darcy
Guinness is the official figurehead for the team—a lively spaniel, Darcy’s best friend, and a sign that not everyone here is caffeine-focused. Splashing in water is her goal, every trail is exploring time, and once her engine stops, she has mastered the hobby of napping by the radiator like she owns the place. If a fast brown dog runs to greet you at our hatch, that is Guinness—give her a pat, but keep your cup high.
Darcy brings the spirit to the mobile van—formally helping out to support her lifestyle, informally the heart of our operations. Between her studies and time at the equestrian center, she is usually found at the truck, lightheartedly helping just enough to stay involved. Her world revolves around stallions and ponies, reflecting a life of joy and grit. Planning for a future in equine therapy or farming, she will gladly spend the day discussing horses with you.

Kai
Kai handles the outreach for our mobile bookings—facilitating our presence at elite rural meets and field sports. A countryman through and through, he is a veteran, a former armed officer, and led the country sports program at Eton for years. A verified shooting coach and outdoorsman, when he isn't guiding on the river or teaching survival skills, he is likely swimming miles for a race or lifting at the weights rack. He also manages the kitchen. While he calls himself the Leader, we know who runs the show. He is a local icon who simply refuses to settle for poor beans.

Harriet
Harriet—the lead director—is the engine of the brand and our primary driver. Raised in Surrey, her heart belongs to the green hills; when off the clock, she is usually hiking peaks for the dawn light or training hard. Her entire career has been focused on movement and the fresh air—from fitness coaching to professional dog handling—so launching a mobile roastery felt like the perfect evolution of her life on the road. Bringing quality beans to the trail is her true calling.
Sandy Hoof Coffee is chasing a big vision. We aim to establish a permanent hub in Dorset, creating a farm-style sanctuary where we can serve our roasts, unite the local neighborhood, and transform this small mobile dream into a destination worth the long drive.
